Terms of Service
These terms govern use of Wisko Studio, its workspaces, publishing functions and first-party programs such as Wisko Rewards.
1. Your account
You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your credentials, and activity authorized from your Wisko Studio workspace.
2. Your content
You keep the rights you hold in content you create or import. You grant us the technical permissions needed to store, process, adapt and transmit that content according to your instructions.
3. Connected services
When you connect a website, social network, email service or other provider, your use also remains subject to that provider’s terms and permissions. A platform is presented as connectable in WS only when its real integration is activated.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use Wisko Studio to break the law, violate others’ rights, send abusive spam, bypass access controls, distribute malware, or disrupt the service.
5. Availability and changes
We may evolve features, correct errors, apply reasonable limits, and perform maintenance. We aim to protect content and history, but no online service can guarantee uninterrupted availability.
6. Tiers and billing
WS Free is available without charge within its published limits. WS Premium is the recurring paid plan at CA$29.99/month and is also governed by the Subscription Terms.
7. Wisko Rewards and Wisko Credits
Wisko Rewards may offer finite missions that award Wisko Credits. Wisko Credits are an in-product reward: they are not cash, are not transferable and have no guaranteed monetary value. Missions, amounts and redemption options may change. We may void credits obtained through abuse, deceptive automation or fraudulent submissions. The program is not designed to buy artificial likes, comments, ratings or followers.
8. Suspension and termination
We may restrict an account for abuse, security risk, or material violation of these terms. Ending a paid subscription does not automatically delete content: the account may continue on WS Free within its limits.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Wisko Studio is provided “as is,” and we are not responsible for indirect losses, third-party platform decisions, or interruptions outside our reasonable control. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
