Privacy Policy
This policy explains the main categories of information used to provide Wisko Studio.
1. Account information
We process information needed to create and manage your account, including name, email, username, language preference, Studio Look, selected tier, and subscription status.
2. Content and workspace data
Wisko Studio stores content, versions, media, schedules, statuses, history and metadata needed to perform the features you use.
3. Connected accounts and services
When you connect a third-party service, Wisko Studio may store connection identifiers, permissions, protected tokens and status data needed to publish or synchronize according to your instructions. The third-party provider’s privacy rules also apply to its own processing.
4. Payments
Stripe processes cards and payment methods. Wisko Studio does not receive or store full card numbers. We retain only identifiers and billing states needed to manage the subscription.
5. Wisko Rewards and product feedback
When you participate in Wisko Rewards, we may record completed missions, Wisko Credits awarded, completion time, and answers you submit through a product-feedback mission. This information is used to manage the balance, prevent duplicate rewards and improve Wisko Studio.
6. Technical data
We may process IP address, security logs, errors, browser information, preference cookies and data needed to prevent abuse, secure accounts and operate the service.
7. How information is used
We use information to provide and secure Wisko Studio, perform requested actions, maintain billing, operate Wisko Rewards, communicate with you, diagnose problems and improve the product. We do not sell personal information to advertisers.
8. Retention and deletion
Information is retained as long as needed to provide the account, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and protect the service. Ending a paid subscription does not automatically delete the account because WS Free may continue.
9. Your choices
You can change certain preferences, disconnect services, manage billing through Stripe and contact us about access, correction or deletion requests where those rights apply.
