Subscription Terms
These terms apply to WS Premium and supplement the Terms of Service. WS Free remains available without a paid subscription.
1. Plans
- WS Free — CA$0 permanently within published capabilities. Free includes one automatic scheduled Delivery every rolling 24 hours; each additional automatic scheduled Delivery may use 1 Wisko Credit.
- WS Premium — CA$29.99 / month. Premium does not depend on Wisko Credits for normal scheduling capacity.
Applicable taxes and payment-provider details are presented at checkout when an active payment system is available.
2. Premium activation
Selecting Premium inside Wisko Studio does not by itself activate a paid subscription or create a charge. Premium becomes active only after confirmation from the authorized payment system.
3. Automatic renewal
When a paid Premium subscription is actually started through the payment system, it renews monthly until cancelled, subject to the checkout disclosures and applicable law.
4. Plan changes
You may remain on WS Free or request Premium. Any paid change takes effect only when confirmed by the payment provider. Advertised features, limits and integrations are those published by Wisko Studio at the applicable time.
5. Cancellation
When an active Premium subscription is cancelled, paid access ends according to the payment-provider terms shown to you. The account may continue on WS Free; content is not automatically deleted simply because Premium ends.
6. Wisko Credits
Wisko Credits are internal, non-cash and non-transferable capacity. The launch first-party missions are Discover Wisko Media (+1 credit) and Help improve Wisko Studio (+2 credits). Wisko Studio may deny, void or reverse credits obtained through fraud, deceptive automation, abuse or ineligible submissions.
7. Sponsored Missions
Future Sponsored Missions may reward clearly defined discovery, attention or eligible actions. They are not designed to buy artificial likes, follows, comments, ratings or reviews.
8. Refunds and legal rights
Refunds, where applicable, follow the checkout disclosures, payment-provider policy and mandatory consumer rights. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
