About
WISKO STUDIO is the operating system teams use to plan, create, review, and publish across every brand they run -- without losing track of who is doing what.
WISKO STUDIO is a creative operations platform built for teams who manage more than one brand at once. Brand profiles, content production, publishing, social media, team permissions, and activity history all live in a single connected workspace instead of six disconnected tools -- so the people doing the work can actually see it, and the people responsible for it can actually track it.
Why WISKO STUDIO was created
WISKO STUDIO started from a familiar problem: a small team responsible for several brands, each one split across a different set of tools. Content lived in shared documents. Approvals happened over chat threads that got lost. Publishing schedules lived in someone's head, or a spreadsheet that only one person understood. Nobody could see the whole picture at once, and that made even simple questions -- "what's going out this week?", "who approved this?", "is anyone behind?" -- surprisingly hard to answer.
That gap is what WISKO STUDIO was built to close: one workspace where a brand's content, its publishing calendar, its team, and its history of decisions all live together, with permissions that match how creative teams actually work -- writers write, editors review, managers approve, and everyone can see where things stand without asking.
Give every team member exactly the access their work needs
Our mission is to make brand, content, publishing, and social work visible and accountable, without slowing teams down with process for its own sake. Every role gets exactly the access it needs -- no more digging through permissions, no more guessing who can approve what.
A single home for every brand a team runs
We believe managing multiple brands should feel like running one well-organized operation, not several disconnected ones stitched together with spreadsheets and group chats. As WISKO STUDIO grows, that single home extends further -- deeper analytics, smarter automation, and AI-assisted insight, all built on the same workspace teams already trust.
Built for multi-brand teams from day one
Most tools are built for one brand and stretched to fit more. WISKO STUDIO started with "more than one" as the default.
Multi-brand from the ground up
Every brand gets its own profile, team, and permissions -- switching between brands never means switching tools.
One connected workflow
Content, publishing, and social all read from the same data and the same activity trail, so nothing has to be re-entered twice.
Permissions that match real teams
Six roles, scoped per brand, mirror how creative and marketing teams are actually structured -- not a generic admin/editor split.
Nothing hidden
Every approval, edit, and publish is recorded on a plain, filterable activity timeline -- no black boxes.
Built for the teams juggling more than one brand
Media & publishing groups
Multiple editorial brands, one shared newsroom workflow from draft to publish.
Agencies
Manage every client brand in one workspace, with each client's team seeing only their own brand.
In-house marketing teams
Coordinate content, social, and publishing across product lines or regional brands.
Growing creative teams
Replace the spreadsheet-and-chat-thread era with real roles, real approvals, and a real record of who did what.
What guides how we build
Clarity over clutter
Every screen should answer "what's happening and who owns it" without extra clicks.
Access should match responsibility
Permissions exist so people can do their job confidently, not to slow anyone down.
Accountability by default
A record of what happened should never require asking someone to remember.
Built with teams, not just for them
Every module ships because a real workflow needed it -- not because it looked good on a roadmap.
What's next
Advanced analytics, AI-assisted insights, workflow automation, and more publishing integrations are all on the roadmap -- each arriving the same way every module has: self-contained, without disrupting what already works.
